As an economic actor, service provider, and employer, we are committed to adopting behaviours that allow us to take responsibility.
How do we define CSR?
A company that develops a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) policy voluntarily integrates social and environmental concerns into its activities and relationships with its external partners. CSR involves seeking to have a positive impact on society through responsible behaviour while remaining economically viable.
Our vision of CSR
At Ad Valoris, we know that tomorrow is built from today. This is why we are committed to our employees, partners, and clients, both environmentally and socially. For us, CSR represents added value creation.
Actions implemented
1. Prioritise people and human values
2. Preserve biodiversity and move towards sustainability

A leading role in building the world

1. Prioritise people and human values
Skills development, fight against discrimination, and well-being at work are the guiding principles of our Human Resources policy.
Towards our employees:
- Specific importance is given to gender equality and equity, whether in terms of salaries, working conditions or more generally.
- The recruitment of all types of candidates is encouraged: regardless of gender, ethnic origin, or age. For equal skills, our positions are open to people with disabilities. We do not hesitate to invest in potential talent, allowing them to be supported in their progression.
- A comprehensive welcome process and on-boarding system to integrate well.
- The possibility of training up to 2 days per year.
- The freedom to organise your days thanks to teleworking, flexible hours, and part-time work if desired.
- An ergonomic and pleasant working environment with multiple spaces adapted to different needs.
- Special leave (moving, birth, death, Christmas, etc.) in addition to 5 weeks per year.
- A TPG All Geneva transport pass for all employees.
Towards our clients and partners:
- A limited number of partners and suppliers for long-term relationships, with regular dialogue.
- Specific attention paid to the CSR commitment of our suppliers.
- Respect for our commitments in terms of price, deadline, and quality for our clients.
2. Preserve biodiversity and move towards sustainability
With our employees:
- We recycle our waste and have specific bins with clear signage.
- We encourage the use of public transport by covering all professional travel and subsidising a half-fare CFF pass for employees.
- We ensure the take-back of end-of-life equipment (computers, phones), either by offering a buyback for private use by the employee or by ensuring take-back by our suppliers.
- We ensure regular cleaning of our databases to limit digital storage.
Towards our clients and partners:
- Encouraging remote sessions, especially when our clients are geographically distant or when it involves short sessions.
- We never print our working documents and presentations, except when explicitly requested by the client and when it seems justified.
- We send our contracts and invoices by email and use only digital channels for correspondence.
- We limit the use of paper to the strict minimum and have implemented dematerialised exchanges wherever possible with all our clients, partners, and suppliers.
- We have subscribed to the SIG Vitale Vert offer for our electricity consumption.
- We prioritise local suppliers, if possible within walking distance of our offices.
