Our mandate management and internal information-sharing systems allow us to be reactive if we need to adjust resources during a mandate. All our collaborators know each other and communicate regularly about their respective projects. Thus, in case of a need for additional resources, the subjects are already known, and the ramp-up is quick.

– Experience in managing mandates from start to finish,
– The ability to successfully lead and coordinate a team of consultants.
– Experience in several mandates related to your field of activity. - One or more consultants, benefiting from several years of experience in consulting and having already participated in mandates in similar contexts to yours.
