Our process consists of 3 main steps. We take care of guiding you throughout the process to inform you if you advance to the next step.

 

Step 1: the discovery interview

Goal

Understand why you applied to Ad Valoris, what you are looking for, your ambition, and your wishes for your next position.

Duration

Approximately 30 minutes by phone or video conference at a previously agreed time.

 

Step 2: the motivational interview

Goal

Get to know you better, understand your background, and envision you in the firm. We want to learn more about the Ad Valoris consultant or manager within you.

Duration

45 to 60 minutes, in person at our premises with two people from the firm.

 

Step 3: the case study

Goal

See you in action as an Ad Valoris consultant or manager. For this step, we introduce a practical case for which you have a defined preparation time. Finally, you present your case study and discuss it with your interlocutors.

Duration

Approximately 3 hours (including case study preparation), in person at our premises with members of the management at a previously agreed time.
