Founding Partner
As the Founder and Managing Director, my role is to elevate Ad Valoris in a context where the companies’ ability to adapt and become smarter is crucial. Reinventing ourselves and challenging our own methodologies to meet our clients' needs is essential if we want to remain relevant.
My priority is to stay attuned to the evolution of best practices to enrich our model and integrate relevant elements that add pragmatic value for our clients.
I am more of an “organisational” artist rather than a method theorist. I enjoy confronting the realities of the field and sharing my thoughts on the projects we lead; thus, I provide support to our consultants at every decisive stage of their mandate. In a profession where prescriptions often lead to new mandates, I ensure that Ad Valoris never disappoints - firstly through tailored-approach, but also by supporting our clients in reducing the complexity of their organization by co-creating concrete solutions that respect their priorities and objectives.

My background
With a dual degree in Literature/Philosophy and a Master's in Organisational Management (ESSEC Business School), I delved into the world of consulting to start my professional career. Throughout my experiences, I have worked with firms of different sizes and ventured into independence for a while. Primarily in the banking and parapublic sectors, I developed my skills in various areas such as organisational development, broad transformation, and strategic planning.
What led me to this profession
During my early professional experiences, I encountered a striking fact: managers, often consumed by operational tasks, rarely have the opportunity to step back. Nevertheless, it’s this capacity to take perspective that enables organisations to progress. To me, consulting provides these managers with the opportunity to "lift their heads above water." This unique human relationship, rich in meaning, led me to the consulting profession.
What fulfils me in my role
As consultants, we sometimes have the chance to observe the impact of our work on individuals. For example, when a project comes to life, the environment sometimes reflects demotivation. What fulfils me is seeing that by the end of my mission, I leave an organisation where people have regained their smiles.
My added value at Ad Valoris
My added value is an inclusive approach to work. Through participatory workshops, for instance, by gathering ideas from all levels of the organisation, we often arrive at a harmonious solution. A multilateral exchange is created between the field and the strategic levels of the organisation. The secret to implementing this collegiality is continuous and transparent communication.
The progress I wish to contribute to
Renown and expertise are Ad Valoris's goals. In line with these, I wish to contribute by ensuring the consistently high quality of the service I provide. To achieve this, I focus on continuous learning through training and the relationships I maintain with my colleagues. Thus, my contribution will be to sustain this reputation of expertise and trust among our clients.

My background
After earning a University Technology Diploma (DUT) in Sales Techniques, I complemented it with a year of a Bachelor's degree in Management Science. I then pursued a Master's degree from a prestigious business school, specialising in Marketing and Consulting.
I subsequently held a position as an Internal Communication Manager in urban planning. During this experience, I maintained close ties with change management and deepened my interest in the consulting profession. I then transitioned to a role as a recruitment consultant, primarily active in the banking and financial sectors.
By joining Ad Valoris, I fulfilled my desire to be more present with clients.
What led me to this profession
I come from a family of artisan-merchants. Since childhood, I have cultivated the fundamental value of consulting: being close to the client. Evolving within Ad Valoris, I feel aligned with this value, which is so dear to me and which I find in my daily work.
What fulfils me in my role
The diversity of environments and interlocutors. This variety satisfies my curiosity and insatiable thirst for learning. Routine is unknown to me: I encounter all sorts of different worlds and meet personalities with very diverse roles. I feel fulfilled by this rhythm of discovery, which constantly pushes me to adapt to the situation.
My added value at Ad Valoris
My ability to quickly integrate into an organisational framework to grasp its smallest details. This observation phase is followed by the commitment to lead a project to completion with all the necessary tailored support. In short, my added value—both internally and externally for the firm—is my desire to best serve organisational issues in a collaborative spirit.
The progress I wish to contribute to
Primarily, I wish to contribute to optimising organisational intelligence. For me, contributing to this intelligence means helping employees find their place, feel fulfilled, and embody their company. Additionally, I wish to participate in the development of Ad Valoris by contributing to internal projects.

Director
As a Director, I oversee and develop our activities with international organisations and multinational companies in Romandie and Switzerland. My primary commitment is to ensure a high level of quality in our mandates, in line with Ad Valoris's hallmark. I ensure the excellence of our methodologies and the satisfaction of these organisations, drawing on my deep understanding of the specific challenges faced by complex matrix structures and multicultural environments. Internally, I foster a stimulating environment for our employees so they can deliver outstanding services in these specific contexts.
My career has been resolutely international but firmly rooted in Switzerland: after living in four different countries, I chose to settle in French-speaking Switzerland nearly twenty years ago, a region where I fully thrive. I have also had the opportunity to work in various sectors, such as education, manufacturing, as well as health and chemistry. These experiences allowed me to hold positions in strategy, business intelligence, PMO and strategic project management, as well as operational roles in companies where I implemented numerous organisational and digital transformations. This diversified career path has given me an in-depth understanding of organisations, stakeholder management, and the specific challenges of complex multicultural environments. My journey has thus enabled me to develop great adaptability, open-mindedness, and a keen understanding of the internal issues faced by employees, managers, and directors during transformations.
This human-centred approach is what fulfils me most in my role. Collaborating and building strong, authentic relationships with my teams and clients is what I enjoy most, especially when we succeed in providing solutions to problems that initially seemed insurmountable. I also enjoy strategic thinking, as this profession teaches us humility and the ability to adapt constantly.
I wish to contribute to the development of the firm by strengthening our trust-based relationships with new clients. I would also like to cultivate a fundamentally positive mindset: every problem hides a solution, every obstacle is an opportunity, and every uncertainty offers the possibility to grow.

My background
Originally trained as an engineer with a technical profile, I quickly turned to consulting. This field allowed me to flourish for over seven years through varied experiences. I learned a great deal by discovering multiple sectors. During my career, I joined both renowned and human-sized firms. Before joining Ad Valoris, I experienced entrepreneurship for a time.
What led me to this profession
I followed a path that suited me: one that allowed me to discover the secrets of mechanisms and invisible gears. Large stores, for example, fascinated me early on with their well-oiled logistics. What led me to this consulting role was the opportunity to analyse and propose tools suited to the situation.
What fulfils me in my role
Discovering new sectors. This is evident in the various domains I have encountered in my career: transport, banking, insurance, industries, and many more to come. What motivates me most is being able to lead a project from A to Z.
My added value at Ad Valoris
The different sectors I have explored allow me to bring a cross-functional perspective. This is also reflected in my background, marked by project management and a technical background.
The progress I wish to contribute to
I wish to contribute to the development of the firm while continuing to improve, particularly in strategy-related missions.

Manager
My background
I have always been curious: wanting to understand the world around me, find solutions, and work with all the professions within a company.
I naturally pursued a university degree in Quality, Logistics, and Organisational Management, which I complemented with an engineering degree in Industrial. Engineering through an apprenticeship.
Then, I entered the job market and worked for over 12 years in the industrial sector, notably in watchmaking in Geneva. I evolved within various departments such as methods and industrialisation, quality, and information systems for cross-functional project management. Working in different departments and domains within the same company allowed me to work with all professions, hierarchical levels, and touch on the various facets of an organisation.
Through my professional experiences, I faced organisational, cultural, and human transformation situations that made me want to better understand them. Therefore, I undertook several additional training courses in innovation, change management, collective intelligence, and most recently, in coaching with a professional coaching certification (specialising in team and organisational coaching).
What led me to this profession
Ultimately, it was quite implicit; as a transverse project manager, internal auditor, trainer, and adding these other skills to my bow—it was as if I were already an internal consultant.
What decided me to apply to Ad Valoris was my desire to experience it in other universes, in other types of companies, with other clients and other mandates.
The consulting profession is also a fantastic way to connect with people and see different organisational systems, meeting challenges in partnership with the client.
What fulfils me in my role
On a daily basis, it is a real intellectual stimulation and continuous training. There is also a very challenging aspect. In fact, the challenge is twofold: we help the client to challenge themselves, and they challenge us in return with their history and situation.
For me, this reciprocal stimulation is a powerful lever to help sharpen my curiosity, develop my creativity, and hone my analytical skills. There is also a very beautiful balance in this consulting role. It allows for both analysing the situation and the human aspect. Finally, I feel that I have a real impact and can see the changes at the client's site.
My added value at Ad Valoris
My profile is hybrid: I bring both a methodological and a human side.
I believe I can also say that I have a rather dynamic profile. This means that I will strive to communicate a driving energy to help others move forward. I will remain proactive, support the client, stimulate their reflection, and encourage them not to remain stuck in their situations.
Finally, as I come from the business world, I have been on the client side and understand their position. I think this gives me good abilities to put myself in their place. I do my utmost to find sustainable solutions for them, staying as close as possible to their reality.
The progress I wish to contribute to
I would like to continue, within the firm and with our clients, the development of organisational intelligence. Not necessarily thinking in terms of either "change support" or "transformation project," but having it all. Each of us, at our level and thanks to our mandates, can connect the two and develop these aspects together.
To conclude, I would like to contribute to the team spirit, complementarity, and sharing of best practices we have among ourselves to continue fostering the pleasure of working together.

My background
I hold a Master's degree in "Trilingual Negotiator in International Trade," which I complemented with two training courses in areas that interested me greatly: digital marketing and SEO (natural referencing). I held a first position as a Strategic Marketing and Studies Manager, then changed to become a Marketing and CSR Project Manager within a research centre.
What led me to this profession
I am someone who enjoys working on varied subjects. I like being able to change themes and contexts regularly.
Also, I have a very problem-solving-oriented profile, which is what I enjoy most. By combining these two aspects, working in a consulting firm seemed perfectly suited. I even chose not to join a firm focused solely on marketing to have a plurality and diversity of tasks.
What fulfils me in my role
Everything we can do and everything we can learn as well. We are never on the same subjects and never use the same skills. This allows us to develop numerous knowledge areas. I would add the great atmosphere within the team, which for me is a real plus.
My added value at Ad Valoris
I would say my analytical mind and my ability to make connections between very diverse themes.
The progress I wish to contribute to
In parallel with Ad Valoris, I work on the inclusion of employees with disabilities and their sustainable integration into employment. Therefore, for me, the progress I wish to contribute to would be to succeed in improving the integration of these profiles.
Furthermore, if I can develop my skills while participating in the development and renown of the firm, that is just as interesting.

My background
I have a dual background: a Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing and Communication, and a Master's degree in Human Resources.
I completed my entire higher education through apprenticeships in various sectors: education, public sector, and banking. During this period, I always worked in project mode, so I wanted to continue in this direction. This is why I seized the opportunity to join a consulting firm, a field in which I have been evolving for several years now.
What led me to this profession
It's really the intellectual stimulation aspect. Consulting allows you to be exposed to a wide range of organisations, working methods, and corporate cultures, enabling you to practise your profession in various ways. With this variety, we must constantly develop our adaptability based on different factors and the company's ecosystem: this also nourishes me and makes me want to continue in this direction.
What fulfils me in my role
The diversity of people I meet, the issues, organisations, and working methods fulfil me daily. Even if two companies have the same number of employees, the same industry, and other common characteristics on paper, they will always be different. A company is nourished by the collective to create a certain culture, and it is this collective that makes the organisation unique.
There is also diversity in the hierarchies of people with whom we communicate; we can work just as much with top management as with operational teams. This is very enriching because they bring another equally important perspective to our mission.
My added value at Ad Valoris
I am always focused on continuous improvement. I believe there is never just one way to do things, and even if we decide to go in one direction, everything is always perfectible. We live in a world that is evolving very quickly, and our methods and practices must also evolve rapidly based on the context we are in at any given moment.
The progress I wish to contribute to
The first thing that comes to mind is helping all organisations. The purpose of a company is indeed to make a profit to function, but our profession is there above all to help people. We are at the service of clients, whether they are very large organisations or very small ones. There are already actions in place within Ad Valoris, but I would like us to target smaller structures that need help and structuring more.

My background
Curious and passionate about innovation, I decided a few years ago to move to North America to pursue engineering studies at Polytechnique Montreal. This experience allowed me to develop a keen interest in strategic analysis and the management of complex projects, particularly through my involvement in the university's consulting club.
Professionally, I have had the opportunity to work in demanding and diverse sectors, such as mergers and acquisitions in aerospace and strategy within a Big4 consulting firm. These experiences have given me a better understanding of the dynamics and challenges faced by companies and organisations.
What led me to this profession
I have always been interested in the dynamics that shape companies and organisations: their strategy, internal operations, and interactions with their ecosystem. I enjoy exploring these mechanisms in depth, analysing complex issues, and providing concrete solutions. Consulting allows me to take on stimulating challenges by combining exploration, analysis, and collaboration.
What fulfils me in my role
What I appreciate about my work is the diversity: of sectors, projects, teams, and stakeholders. This variety fuels my curiosity and requires me to constantly adapt to new environments. Knowing that our work can transform organisations and have a tangible impact is a real source of satisfaction.
